Founding Team - Senior Product Manager

As we’re building our founding team, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of an exceptional journey with a strong team cohesion. We work primarily from the office to move fast together, while keeping occasional remote days possible when needed.

We’re hiring our first Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the GetMint platform across analytics, visibility scoring, and GEO/AI Search execution workflows, automated content pipelines, customer integrations, and performance tracking.

You will work directly with the founders, engineering, LLM R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to build the world’s reference product for AI search visibility.

This role combines product strategy, discovery, specification, delivery, and product marketing. If you’re excited by AI, data-heavy products, and building in fast cycles, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product direction, shaping the roadmap for GetMint’s core AI Search capabilities

• Translate customer insights and business priorities into crisp product requirements, specs, and success metrics

• Partner with Engineering, LLM R&D, Data, CS, Sales, and Marketing to design, ship, and iterate high-impact features

• Run market exploration and competitive research to identify gaps, opportunities, and differentiation angles

• Use the product every day to build a deep understanding of our user workflows and uncover improvement opportunities

• Drive fast iteration cycles, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact post-release

What we're looking for

• 3–7 years of Product Management experience in a dynamic B2B SaaS or tech environment

• Experience in product-led growth or products with strong onboarding, activation, and retention loops

• A strong sense of product quality and UX refinement, with the ability to simplify complex workflows

• Solid understanding of AI, LLMs, search, or data-heavy products, or the ability to learn quickly

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset

• Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and French and the ability to align cross-functional teams

• Deep curiosity for understanding users, workflows, and how to solve meaningful problems through product innovation

Bonus points

• Background or strong interest in SEO / content / data marketing

• Academic or professional background in a technical field

• Prior work on AI-driven, LLM-based, or search-oriented products
