Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript - Next.js / NestJS)

As we’re building our founding team, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of an exceptional journey with a strong team cohesion. We work primarily from the office to move fast together, while keeping occasional remote days possible when needed.

We’re hiring our first Full-Stack Engineer to build the core of the GetMint platform — from our web app to backend APIs to AI-driven workflows.

You’ll work directly with the CTO and Product team to ship features end-to-end, improve architecture, and deliver a fast, reliable, beautifully crafted experience for global enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the front-end (Next.js, React, Tailwind) and back-end (NestJS, TypeScript)

• Develop and scale core product features, dashboards, APIs, and data workflows

• Integrate AI/LLM features (pipelines, prompts, model evaluations, SDKs)

• Contribute to architecture decisions: API design, data structures, performance, security

• Ship fast, with clean code, clear PRs, and strong testing discipline

• Improve developer experience, tooling, and internal conventions

• Maintain a reliable backend with strong logging, monitoring, and uptime

• Work closely with Product to understand the “why”, not just the “what”

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in TypeScript, including Next.js, React, Tailwind, and NestJS

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management, middleware, auth flows

• High standards for code quality: tests, documentation, clean architecture

• Product mindset: able to understand user needs and make pragmatic decisions

• Ability to ship fast while keeping the codebase scalable and maintainable

Bonus points

• Experience integrating AI/LLM systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK, embeddings, pipelines)

• Light DevOps experience (Docker, environments, monitoring)

• Experience in high-velocity startups or early-stage teams
